In fact, there can be enormous differences from one product to the next. In order to make sure you get the best results possible, there are a few things that you need to keep in mind when shopping:

  • The first, and probably the most important thing to keep in mind is that for Garcinia Cambogia extract to be effective, it needs to have a bare minimum 50% HCA (hydroxycitric acid). Beware of any product that either 1.) Doesn’t clearly state the amount of HCA in it or 2.) Has less than this.
  • It should contain at least 500mg. Don’t be fooled by products that claim they have 800, 900 or even 1500 mg. If you read closely, you’ll realize that you have to take many more pills per day to reach their stated mg amount. This is a common marketing gimmick that confuses many consumers.
  • It should not contain a bunch of filler ingredients, binders or artificial ingredients. Even if they say it doesn’t contain this, check the ingredients on the label for yourself. That leads us to the next point…
  • Stay away from any product that you can’t clearly check and read the label for yourself. Any reputable supplier will make sure you have the ability to see exactly what you’re buying before you give them your payment or contact information – even if it’s online.
  • Look for a product that’s manufactured at a U.S. facility that’s FDA approved. If it isn’t don’t put your health (and money) into their hands!
  • Don’t buy a product that tries to make you believe it’s backed by Dr. Oz. If you check with their staff or even his site, you’ll see that he does not endorse any particular brand. In fact, he was downright ticked off about people doing this and did a show dedicated to making people aware of it.
